About Joyfully Adventurous

I began to realize how important it was to be an enthusiast in life. If you are interested in something, no matter what it is, go at it full speed. Embrace it with both arms, hug it, love it and above all become passionate about it. Lukewarm is no good. {Roald Dahl}

Every life is a beautiful adventure. What does it mean to be joyfully adventurous? It’s what it means to be me. A Christian teenager, with a song beating in her heart and a love for her Savior. Let’s be honest though, I’m just like you. Hopes, dreams, passions, troubles, they’re all part of me, too.

That’s why Joyfully Adventurous has been created. As a young person in today’s world, you experience a lot of drama, and you have a lot of questions. Social media, relationships, homework, and stress all seem to take up our spare time, and spare thoughts. But when we learn to focus on Jesus, to make Him our first priority 24/7, then things get calmer. Our hearts and adventures are filled with joy. We become joyful adventurers.

I want to show other young women that they are preciously adored by their Father, I want to be a light to someone. I pray that God will open your heart as you read the words He lays on mine.

Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength! {Nehemiah 8:10}

On this blog, I aim to talk about things that happen in our lives, and to talk about our Lord. Together we can grow and become joyful adventurers, and together we can grow in God’s love.

I’m looking forward to our journey together. ❤

Best wishes, Jessi
